Then, I have to pay them for saying that. Overall, when I'm not paying people to give me compliments, I hear that I'm funny and smart. I've been called worse, but I assume you're looking for the positive stuff here, right? Describe Yourself: Physically: Sexy as hell (see above.) Mentally: Well-centered. I have a good outlook on life, like to see the good in people and have a lot of hope for the future. On Gather, I'm Looking For ...: the opportunity to pursue my passion for writing. I find myself currently unemployed - along with six million of my closest friends - so, I would like to use this time to really define what I've always wanted to do ... which is to write. Interests Lately I've been listening to: Owl City's older stuff. I'm currently reading: I am reading a Krakauer biography about Pat Tillman, the soldier/NFL player. The last movie I watched was: "This Is It" (The Michael Jackson movie) My must-see show is: The Office / 30 Rock / Community / Parks & Rec. I'd love to visit: Ireland and Australia I'm curious about: Scientology ... not as a member, just because I think it's a case study in freaknosity. Topping my Wish List is: To support myself as a writer. Favorite Music, Artists, Genres: My musical taste seems to change from day to day. In general, I always looking for a band that produces a new sound that is pleasing to my ears. I think we hear a lot of regurgitated styles, so when I come across something new I like, I usually burn myself out on it, then move on. Favorite Books, Writers, Genres: I love biographies to read, but that isn't where my interest lies for writing. Favorite Movies, Actors, Genres: I love comedies. I like everything Tina Fey's ever done, I love Steve Carell (my head nearly exploded when I learned of their upcoming movie they're making together.) I like dramas, too, but we have enough drama in real life ... might as well escape with some comedy on the big screen! Favorite TV Shows, Actors: Tina Fey, Steve Carell ... well, in fact, the ensembles - writers and actors - responsible for "30 Rock" and "The Office." Also, much love to and for Amy Poehler, and the shows, "Parks & Recreation" and "Community." Excellent writing on all of those shows. Favorite Places: New York City. Chicago. Seattle. And, California, of course - that will always be home. Interests and Activities: I love to write. I have a doggie, Maggie, who is just my love. She's a soon-to-be 4-year old Bichon, and is such a good girl. Wish List: I wish I could get my writing career off the ground., Success and satisfaction for my family and friends., There's a nice Chargers shirt on NFL.com I like.
